ABCs of Salvation

Knowing your sins are forgiven can be as easy as ABC:

A. Admit you have sinned

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us (1 John 1:8).

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

B. Believe in Jesus

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

C. Confess and forsake your sin

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

You can accept Jesus now. Know that you are a sinner, believe that Jesus died for you personally, and turn from those sins to Him. Talk to Him now. Tell Him you need Him. Tell Him you know you are in need of His grace and He will enter your life. You can pray this prayer below or pray one of your own. It is simple. Just talk to Him. He is listening.

“Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I want to be saved. I confess my sins, every one. I don’t want to do evil any more, I want to do right. I’m asking you to please forgive me of my sins against you. I want a new life in the Lord Jesus Christ. I want to be everything that You created me to be. I believe that Jesus shed His blood and died for me so that I could be saved from my sins. I believe that He rose from the dead on the third day. I want to be your child. Thank you for being merciful to me, a sinner. Thank you Lord Jesus for saving my soul from hell. I’ll live for You. I’m giving myself to You. Please show me what You want me to do. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.”
