Review:

This was an absolutely adorable, fun contemporary romance. I had such fun reading this story and got through it in record time. Though it is close to 300 pages (well, not quite, being 272 pages in length), it was a story that flew by far quicker than I expected. I easily read the entire thing in a day. The style of writing is easy to read and flows smoothly from page to page, chapter to chapter, until you find yourself at the end, wondering how you got there so quickly. Carlson has a true talent for weaving a story and she includes all sorts of different element to bring her world to life for the reader. In this book, you see faith woven throughout.  I loved the quirky characters and humorous situations they found themselves in while watching a slow burn romance unfold naturally by end of story. I was able to easily relate to the characters and found msyelf rooting for the romance that was slowly unfolding. Carlson has done an excellent job with this latest book, and her expertise at storytelling is well displayed in this latest book. A fun, enjoyable read and one you don’t want to miss out on.
