Review:

Lately I have been wondering which prophets were speaking to which group of people, or rather what the time frames are for each book of the Bible. I decided to change my daily Bible reading from a yearly plan that randomly selects passages to ready to a chronological plan. And though I am only part way through, I am learning so much more. The version of this Bible is the NIV, which is what I normally use in my regular studies.  A helpful reading schedule can be found in the beginning so that you can stay on schedule to reading the entire Bible in one year. The commentaries scattered throughout add additional insight and help me learn more about the text I am reading. I also love the dates included below the references on each page. This has helped me to better understand not only what is taking place, but also when. This has been a great Bible in a year and has helped me to dig deeper into God’s Word each day.
