Review:

I am beginning to realize how much I like suspense books. That shouldn’t surprise me since I love suspense movies and have always enjoyed mysteries since they often leave you hanging. Deep Blue was one of those books that captivated me and kept me reading, page after page until finishing. Even when I would be forced to set the book down to do other things (like sleep) the story was always foremost in my mind and thinking. My mind would play over the worlds I had already read, the story that had already been played out in my mind again and again. Beck and Jennifer and their guest uncover the truth at all costs. It was great. I didn’t think I would like the book at first, not knowing much about diving or anything nautical, but the Indiana Jones type of treasure hunt quality of the story drew me in. And I loved it. I loved it so much I now want to go back and read book one in the series. This book was such a great read that I was truly disappointed by the end of the story. It is a great fictional story for you if you like suspense.
