Integrity is a term we hear often and know we should strive for in our own lives but often times don’t know how. We want integrity but are unsure of how to obtain it. Dr. Henry Cloud has done an amazing job at explaining what integrity is and defining the six qualities that make up a person of integrity. He leaves no room for doubt in his easy-to-understand discussion on integrity. He walks readers through changing their own lives as they pursue something better for themselves. This book can help you be a better person not only in your work but also in your personal life. This is a great book for those in a leadership position as it helps you to better relate tot hem, help them, and therefore lead. It is great for employees because it gives them more to strive for, to be better at everything through a more fulfilled life. This book will make any reader a stronger, more confident person that others can and will put their trust in. It is a powerful book promise of change. A must read for anyone looking to have more integrity.
