Review:

Sometimes I feel like I say the same thing over and over again in these reviews. But the talented writing from the authors is simply too good to say otherwise! As with other books I have read recently, Connilyn Cossette’s book was absolutely AMAZING. I can’t begin to say how much I loved it – it is beyond words (and it makes me want to go back and read the first two books in the series!). I found myself drawn into the story from the very first few pages and couldn’t put it down. I read this book very quickly because it is that good! I instantly fell in love with the characters and knew what I wanted to happen – which, predictably, is exactly what DID happen!  Though I did know what was going to happen, I still loved reading it. Even better was the spiritual aspect of the book. It is refreshing to read a book that has a faith message. And the characters made some major growth from the beginning of the book through to the end. The overall pacing was great – lots of action to keep you on your toes. And while I did predict the romance part correctly, there were additional things I did not see coming that caught me by surprise. I feel it is a very well written book and I am now a big fan of Cossette! I can’t wait to see what she offers in the future and I am hoping that there might be a chance this series continues.  I am pretty sure I won’t be able to put down whatever she writes, whether in this series or not. Overall great story with plenty to offer to readers, from excitement to action to plot twists to romance, it has it all! I enjoyed it immensely!
