Review:

I did not have the pleasure of reading the first book, Gypsy Summer, but still enjoyed reading this book. I am sure there are at least two more books coming in the series since it has not covered summer and all, leaving room for winter and spring. Of course, we’ll have to wait and see.  Stormy Fall, a contemporary fictional account, was not a bad read. I found I was not drawn in to the book immediately, captivated by the story, but I definitely enjoyed it and thought of sharing it with others who might enjoy it more. The story did leave me wondering what would happen next, so I did want to continue reading to learn more. I just did not make the emotional connection with the book that others seem to elicit. I believe that many readers would enjoy it though and find it to be an entertaining book. I know of a few youth that avidly read books like this so am planning on passing it around to let others enjoy as well. Why not pick up a copy for yourself and see what Betty Barclift has pulled together for your entertainment?
