Future

By: Jennifer Jenkins

Do you ever wonder about your future? I know I do. I wonder what God has planned for me. Who I’m going to marry? What my occupation is going to be? Where I’m going to live? How many children am I going to have? How long am I going to live? What ministries will I be involved in? Am I going to make a difference in somebody’s life?

I think we all wonder about our future and we have questions about it. We also tend to worry about things of the future. When in God’s Word it says we don’t need to worry about our future – that God has it all under control.

God says He knows the plans He has for us. So shouldn’t we trust Him with our lives? And just ask Him what He wants for us? What He wants us to do? Isn’t it reassuring that God has plans for us and He has our lives already planned out from the time we were born?

Jeremiah 29:11

Look it up I’m not going to give it to you here – this is a bible study, so don’t you think you need to read the bible?

Challenge: Memorize Jeremiah 29:11 and realize God has control and He has plans for our lives.
